Q: What are the options for payment?
A:
Payment of the shoot is required to guarantee your session is booked in my calendar and should be paid once we agree on a date and time.
The price of the shoot includes a 50% non refundable deposit.
How to pay:
PayPal: PayPal is an easy and secure way to pay for your session. You do not need a PayPal account, but it does speed up the process. PayPal also allows you to pay via debit or credit card if you do not already have an account. Your payment will appear on your Bank Statement as: PAYPAL *LEWISADAMS
If you do not have the capacity to pay online, please get in touch via the contact page.
Q: Help! I've deleted/lost my photos! Can I have another copy?
A:
The beauty of a digital file is that you can print or share as many copies as you like, however accidents do happen and sometimes files become lost. I will store final photos for up to 3 years after your shoot, then they will be destroyed. I also delete any other photos given to you in your proof 60 days after the photos have been delivered to you.
Please note there is a £5 per image retrieval fee for files that have to be resent.
Q: Can I use my final photos on my personal social media like Instagram and Facebook?

Of course! All I ask is that you share my website (lewisadamsphotography.com) or tag me (@lewisadamsphoto) in the caption of your image, pretty please.
